We regularly advise on residential transactions with trust and entity ownership and off-market or confidential acquisitions. Additionally, we have specialized expertise in waterfront properties, including with respect to submerged land owned by governmental authorities, coastal control lines, environmental matters and other laws and regulations affecting coastal areas.
