Our approach is proactive and solutions-oriented: anticipating issues before they become problems, negotiating from a position of strength, and keeping deals moving toward closing.

- Represented developer in large-scale, master-planned development in South Florida, involving multi-parcel acquisitions, a disposition to a national homebuilder, a land exchange with a municipality, joint-venture structuring, and project financing, with a total build-outvalue of ~$1B+.
- Represented buyer of $117M multifamily building in Delray Beach, Florida.
- Represented buyer of 155-key hotel in San Francisco, California for $126M.
- Represented buyer of land in Fairfax, Virgina for $40M for sale to homebuilders in structured takedown transactions.
- Represented borrower in refinancing of $350M mortgage and mezzanine loan on industrial property in Long Island City, New York.
- Represented seller providing construction financing in connection with historic hotel renovation in Lake Worth, Florida, including historic tax credit financing, PACE financing, a bridge loan and other elements of the capital stack.
- Represented developer in recapitalization of portfolio of medical office buildings for $117M.
- Represented seller in sale of portfolio of land parcels to national homebuilder through its land bank.
- Represented owner in refinancing of $300M mortgage and mezzanine loan on residential condominium project in New York, New York.
